We register your company, open its bank account, get your team's visas and keep everything compliant once you are trading.

Which company type fits you

Limited liability company (LLC)

The most common choice. Open to Saudi, GCC and foreign owners, including 100% foreign ownership in most activities.

Your existing company operates in Saudi Arabia under its own name. The parent company is liable for the branch.

Regional headquarters (RHQ)

For groups managing operations across the region from Riyadh. Comes with tax incentives and visa benefits.

Establishment

A sole proprietorship for Saudi and GCC nationals. Fastest and lowest cost to open.
